This package works best if you already have a Substack publication (even if it's bare bones). If you haven't started yet, the Newsletter Starter Kit is a better first step — and you can always come back for the strategy overhaul once you're up and running.
Not in this package — the strategy overhaul gives you the system for knowing what to write and when. If you want someone to take the actual writing off your plate, that's what my ghostwriting service is for. Starting with the overhaul and then moving to ghostwriting is one of the best paths.
You'll need to show up for two 60-minute ideation sessions in Week 1 and be available for feedback throughout the process. I also ask you to fill out a pre-project questionnaire so I can hit the ground running. I do the heavy lifting — you just need to be reachable and ready to collaborate.
It's completely optional. I'd recommend it if social promotion is part of your growth plan — it gives you a repeatable system for turning each newsletter into social content. You can add it before we begin or anytime during Week 1.
The core package is designed as a complete system — all three pillars work together. That said, every project is slightly tailored to your specific needs. We'll finalize the exact scope before we begin so nothing is missing and nothing feels unnecessary.
